Hey, *waves*.
I find it funny that my eating works in a pattern, one day i have around 1200 calories, the next day i have about 600, then the next day 1200 without even trying. I just eat when i feel hungry til i feel satisfied.
Today I went to a buffet/bbq type of thing but they had plenty of nice stuff to eat. Prawns, salad of all kinds. Gammon etc. So it was fairly easy to work with it.
b – none, i’m just not a morning eater at all. Had a nice bottle of water with a lemon squeezed in though.
l – Lettuce, cucumber, onions, beetroot, gammon, sausage (not exactly paleo i guess but it was a good quality one), prawns (they were put on a stick and bbq’d. So good.) I had some cabbage too. Bit random add there.
d – chicken kebab with salad.
snacks – handful of pecan nuts.
So this puts me in the high calorie day today whereas yesterday I had lower calories. I don’t know exactly how it works but it works. I feel great and i’m not finding myself too hungry but I can tell when I need to eat. Keeping on drinking water with fresh lemon, i’m fairly sure thats ok cos its not loads of lemon, maybe like one whole lemon a day.
Today I think I had my first sort of “omg i could just eat…..” and then i just thought, but if you do, then you start again, and is that worth it? No. If you do eat that, you wake up tomorrow feeling crap, whereas today you woke up feeling amazing. Is it worth it? No.
